The location is perfect if you're going to Terne Luigiane for treatments, and the prices are convenient. The rooms are clean, and the staff are nice and friendly, but the standard is unfortunately low. Hotel Moderno seems to have had its golden age in the 1960s. These days, only the name still sounds modern. I'd rather pay more for a higher standard. The lack of air conditioning in a country as hot as Italy is shocking. The fridge has a notice asking guests not to use it, and the TV is just an old computer screen. Come see for yourself.

The food was wonderful, excellent, and high quality. The room maids were kind and meticulous, and I have never before felt so reluctant to leave a hotel. The whole restaurant team was attentive. In the mornings, it was lovely to be greeted by the cheerful, polite maitre d' and his music. He was especially attentive to everyone's needs, and all the staff were friendly and qualified.

The setting is surrounded by nature and close to the thermal springs, with a strategic location for many highlights along the Tyrrhenian coast. The rooms and cuisine were excellent, and so were the location, professionalism, expertise, and friendliness. Highly recommended.

We returned to Guardia Piemontese after 15 years and stayed at Hotel Santa Lucia for the first time, taking breakfast, lunch, and dinner at Hotel Moderno. The welcome was warm, and the staff helped with every request, need, and concern. We felt like part of the family. The rooms were very clean, and the meals and breakfast were authentic and simple. Our child has celiac disease and is highly sensitive to gluten and cross-contamination, so the care from the whole team meant a lot. The head chef and kitchen staff, the dining room manager, the lovely Pino, and the waiters Nella and Lorenzo were all invaluable and conscientious. They prepared her dishes carefully and served them separately. The head chef even came to introduce himself, answer my concerns, and reassure me. Everyone was available whenever we needed anything. After such a good experience, we'll definitely be back, hopefully soon 🥰.

We had a peaceful, relaxing stay from September 27th to 29th, and the staff made us feel at ease as soon as we arrived. The hotel sits among greenery, has plenty of parking, and has a quiet, family-like atmosphere. Our rooms were spacious and very clean, and the staff were kind and ready to help with whatever we needed. The food was excellent, with a varied menu, good quality, and generous portions. MAITRE PINO made the stay especially memorable. He was welcoming, friendly, thoughtful, and attentive, truly exceptional 💯💯💯💯💯. We had a wonderful time and will certainly return. Highly recommended 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯
