We spent a week at Casa Nell'Oliveto with our two girls and loved it. The house is tucked into greenery in a peaceful area, with a genuine, relaxing feel that’s great for a break from routine. It was clean, cared for and had what a family needs. The girls could play safely in the large, well-kept pool, and we enjoyed cooling off and relaxing in the Umbrian sun. There’s plenty of outdoor space for children. The owners were so kind and helpful, and suggested local routes and restaurants. We were also well placed for visiting Rasiglia, Spello, Perugia, Spoleto, Narni, Orvieto, Assisi, Marmore Falls and lots more. Every day brought something new. Thanks! Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone wanting a nature-filled, authentic, relaxing break, with a pool as a bonus.

The owners were wonderful and so kind, and sent us off with a gift of their own olive oil, which we’re eager to try. We also loved the homemade pastries at breakfast. Set among olive trees, the place has a pool that’s perfect for unwinding. Spoleto and Todi are about half an hour away, and Acquasparta is just a couple of minutes away for peaceful evenings steeped in Umbrian tradition. A one-of-a-kind location.

We got great value for our money, and the owners were incredibly kind. They gave us a small complimentary taste of their own extra virgin olive oil, which was delicious. The apartment was beautiful, the setting stunning, and breakfast with homemade cakes was excellent. Everything felt perfect. Whether you’re passing through or staying several days, it’s well worth a visit. In summer, swimming among the olive trees is a must.

It was a lovely place to rest, surrounded by nature and wonderfully peaceful. The apartment was cared for and had everything we needed, and breakfast was as expected. We really valued how hospitable and helpful the hosts were. Thank you to this truly respectable family!

A clean, well-kept pool and owners who are friendly and ready to help with any need made this a place we’d highly recommend. The property sits in the Umbrian countryside, 3 km from Acquasparta’s center, among olive and fruit trees. Above all, it’s quiet and peaceful, a genuinely relaxing spot.
