Dimora Del Pirata

The room had no Wi-Fi, and the lady wouldn’t move me to another one. I stayed for two nights, and the room had no window that could ventilate it. I ended up with a sore throat after those nights, though maybe that was a coincidence. Avoid! Breakfast was cold even in the reserved area. When I asked about turning on the heating, she said it couldn’t be switched on before 9:30 AM. I was asked both evenings what time I’d have breakfast and said 7:30 AM. Guests should be able to change the time when needed, as long as it’s within the set hours. They knew my time since I was consistent, but both mornings she said the heating couldn’t come on before 9:30 AM. She also rudely said I was the first guest to complain, basically calling me “crazy.” On the second day I ate breakfast wearing my coat and hat. The window the owner refers to opens into another room that is always closed, with the mini-fridge and a few pirate-themed shelves. There’s no way to air out the room, and that has nothing to do with the price. The owner’s response perfectly matched the place’s theme: a prison cell.

The rooms have been rebuilt exceptionally well, and the staff are courteous and available.

This is called a B&B, but it feels more like a small hotel. The owners give you a warm welcome and are attentive. Excellent.
