Palace B&B

At a great price, you get stylish, comfortable, clean rooms right in the heart of Acquaviva. The owner greeted us warmly at check-in and gave us all the information we needed, and then some. We couldn't have asked for more.

The B&B faces the main square, and it's the place I choose whenever friends come to visit. It's recently renovated, very clean, and nicely furnished. The owner is cheerful, classy, and always ready to help guests with whatever they need. I highly recommend it!

I stayed at your B&B on the nights of September 15 and 16. The room was booked by a local company I visited recently, and I'm not naming it for privacy. The person from that company who made the reservation, Stefania, gave me the key. I left it in the room yesterday morning. The photos are original and show room 2. It's advertised as an elegant place, but it really isn't! Maybe I happened to get the only room that's dirty, old, and poorly kept. I don't recommend it. **Accommodation: 1/5** I had double room no. 2, facing the street, with a shared terrace. The furniture was old and dirty. Cleaning was poor: dirty rugs, bathroom towels that smelled musty, a stained and dirty chair, black corners on the walls, and a dirty shower with black mold on the sliding doors. See photos. **Location: 2/5** It's right in Acquaviva delle Fonti, but unfortunately it's above a bar that gets busy with young people on Friday nights. They shout, play music, and make noise until 3 in the morning. **Food: 1/5** Breakfast was packaged snacks, small tarts and cakes. No fruit, juice, cereal, or milk. Nothing else. There was only sparkling water in the fridge. **Services: 2/5** The Wi-Fi works depending on where you are. It worked in the room, but not in the bathroom. The owner's response was offensive and rude, and made without even checking. It made me think the considerable number of five-star ratings may not be genuine or come from actual guests.

The room and bathroom were excellent, and the welcome was perfect. The location was great too. I couldn't give it five stars because the Wi-Fi was unreliable, sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't. One more thing, if thin pillows make it hard for you to sleep, plan ahead.
