Casa Statiella

Everything was just right, like staying in a beautifully styled Italian home.

The apartment itself was beautiful, clean, and tidy, but our one-night stay ended badly because of the owner's reaction to a misunderstanding. We left the room 15 minutes late while waiting for her to come down and ring before we went. She may have been right about the delay, but it could have been handled with some basic politeness, especially by someone running a tourist accommodation. Instead, she yelled, got angry, and hung up while we were trying to explain and apologize. She said things like, "Don't come anymore, go somewhere else." We would have stayed here often, even several nights a week, and probably would have written a very different review. Guests pay and should receive at least a minimum of courtesy.

The place is spotless, and the lady who runs it is kind and very helpful. Being surrounded by nature makes it peaceful and relaxing.

The scenery was stunning, and our host made us feel welcome. Absolutely fantastic, thank you, Cinzia!
