Villa Ottolenghi was already closed when I got there, so I didn’t get to visit. I’m planning to stop by when I’m back in Acqui Terme. The drive to Villa Ottolenghi is worth it for the amazing views of Acqui Terme.

The guide on our weekend tour was great and gave us a good visit. The Villa itself felt worn out, though, and seemed to need investment and care to reach the standard I imagine it once had. You can still make out the gardens’ original structure, but they haven’t had much recent attention.

The breakfast was a feast, which was a real plus. But I agree with the comment that the place needs funding if it’s going to regain its former splendour. We were there in mid October, and with so few people around it felt very lonely.

Such a beautiful place to discover in the Piedimont region, with amazing views over Acqui Terme and the grape fields. The rooms mix original period style with Roman '30/40 architecture, and there are rich 900' art work Pieces throughout. It suits a romantic weekend, business meeting, marriages, or simply relaxing. The management is very smart and Kindle, with lots of attention to customers. We suggest booking an apero by the swimming pool, reserved Just for six people group, Too exclusive! The place is closed in winter, so d ont esitate, booking now 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊❤️

Set in a beautiful spot, the building has plenty of interesting historical and decorative details about its original owners. The guides were generous with their time, and our visit lasted about two hours, followed by a wine tasting.
