The students were already asking when we could come back as we left the restaurant, which says a lot about how the summit went. Paola, the hotel manager, looked after us like family, and chef Alberto surprised us with wonderful dishes, including the house mushroom risotto with grana cheese shown in the picture. The food was unreal, and the hotel offered flexible, lovely facilities and resources. Thanks to the chefs and owners for their kindness and professionalism, the academy summit I organized was a memorable success. Everyone was in awe, and morale stayed high from dawn until after dusk. A gem, and highly recommended if you're in the area.
