Luisa has a lovely way of making people feel at home. She welcomed us so well and paid close attention to what guests needed, and the property is kept like a little gem. We’ll definitely return.

The place was clean and comfortable, right in the center. The owner was very kind.

We spent a week in the ground-floor triple room. It was bright, spotless, and looked out onto a small garden with sofas. The room had all the toiletries we needed, plus a handy hairdryer, which I haven’t found at every B&B. Luisa made sure everything was right, asking when we arrived what we preferred and what time we wanted breakfast. There was a generous spread each day: homemade ciabatta, chiffon cake, tarts, and fragrant orange and apricot cake, as well as good-quality croissants and brioches. Coffee, cappuccino, and juices were available, and for someone like me who likes savory food too, there were eggs from their own chickens and more. The price was fair and in line with the market. Luisa welcomed us warmly to a cozy, inviting property in the center of a charming village. Lots to see is just a few meters away: the Marinelli Foundry, the Copper Museum, the Library, the 14 churches, artisan shops, and stores selling local food and wine.

The owner is extremely kind and helpful, and Luisa serves a generous breakfast. She asks which croissant you’d like and brings it over, along with a delicious doughnut or another breakfast cake and a large, very good cappuccino. I stayed the other night and had a wonderful time. My room was clean and tidy, with a TV, bathroom, two beds, and a lovely little outdoor garden. The vacation home is right in the heart of Agnone, roughly across from the Decò supermarket. There are plenty of places around town for lunch and dinner, as well as lots of bars. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it.
