The staff were friendly and helpful, and they did their best to assist us. But there were five of us and not enough tableware, so they found us forks and plates while we had to buy the other things ourselves, including knives, teaspoons, a coffee maker, and a lighter. The so-called mobile homes felt like poorly maintained containers. The whole complex needs serious renovation, and the pool wasn’t always spotless, with much of its inner lining peeling away. With more care and investment, this could be a five-star property, but as it is, we can’t fully recommend it. Our stay fell short of what we expected.

We booked mainly because the property seemed well placed for Agrigento’s attractions, but the accommodation didn’t look like the photos on Booking.com. There was a bad smell as soon as we walked in, and the interiors were dirty, old, and run-down. The flooring was awful, the kitchen greasy and dirty, and the sofa unsightly. The bathroom was worst of all, with a disgusting smell and a shower that was practically unusable. We complained on Booking.com but got nowhere, partly because the property wasn’t cooperating, and couldn’t resolve much. We left early and had to find somewhere else at our own expense. A terrible experience.

The house was crawling with ants, even on the sofas, kitchen counter, and beds. My son was bitten and is still covered in bites all over his body. I had to get out of there. There was no hot water, the pool was dirty, and maintenance was nonexistent.
