We were charmed by the room as soon as Roberta showed us around, especially the terrace right across from San Leone beach. It's hard to find somewhere this clean and well organized in San Leone at a fair price, and this was a great choice. Breakfast was phenomenal, and it was lovely meeting her two little daughters. No complaints at all, we had a great stay and plan to come back. Grazie Roberta!

We had everything we needed, and Roberta was always ready to help with tips for things to do nearby. The room had its own entrance and a small garden, with parking right at the accommodation. It was practically furnished and very nice, and breakfast was fresh and excellent. Roberta is a super hostess, and we can only recommend the place.

Roberta really looked after us and shared lots of recommendations, even helping us book places. Breakfast had all sorts of good things, from pistachio cream and fruit to cold cuts. My room had a jacuzzi, and everything was super clean and cozy.

We were really happy with our stay. The room was functional, tastefully furnished, and had all the comforts we needed. The owners were friendly and helpful, and the property is excellently placed, just steps from the beach and a short walk to the center.
