Five stars doesn’t feel like enough for B&B Porta di Ponte. It’s close to restaurants, the train station, and bus stops, and the rooms are comfortable. Alessandra served us, and she’s one of the warmest, nicest people I’ve ever met. The staff were lovely.

We stayed in September and found a parking spot quite close by. The place is very central, and the host was incredibly friendly and helpful. She wasn’t fluent in English and our Italian wasn’t great, so she used a translator. It was funny and sweet. The rooms are clean, and the entrance area is nice. I’d recommend it.

The location deserves five stars, so close to the railway station and central street. The hostess made apple cake and cappuccino for breakfast, and patiently taught us Sicilian. We had an excellent experience at this B&B!

Our room was spotless and had a balcony overlooking Piazza Aldo Moro, where we could have dinner. The facilities and location were excellent, and the hostess was so warm. Perfect!

I booked a night at the B&B for my girlfriend, friends, and me, and told them we’d arrive at midnight to check in. When we got there, they had cancelled our stay and insisted we find somewhere else, which cost us an extra 150 euro for another apartment. A few days later I saw 119 euro taken from my account. When my girlfriend and I called to ask why, they were rude and hung up. It feels like a scam. I’d never stay there, keep well away.
