The owners are lovely and really try to make your stay a good one. The rooms have an old-time feel in this ancient town, so if that’s what you’re after for a November visit, this could suit you. It can be hard to find, though, and you can’t park right outside the door.

Our host was a really friendly, helpful local. The rooms were beautiful and close to the historic center. We wanted a less sweet breakfast, and he even changed it for us. Great service!

Thanks so much for staying with us! "La Grotta Greca" has a new name and is no longer ours. We've moved to PIAZZA Pirandello 6, Agrigento, where our apartment is called "Dimora San Domenico." It's right in the city center, with restaurants, bars, and nightlife all within 50 meters.

The view takes in the whole city and reaches as far as the Valley of the Temples, and the historic center location is just a short walk from the cathedral. We had a fabulous stay. Even with our last-minute booking, the lady was quick to respond and kind, friendly, and attentive. Breakfast was generous, with sweet and savory choices, fruit, and yogurt, and everything was spotless. The only snag was that the POS terminal wasn't working.
