We were warmly welcomed by Eleonora and her son Francesco when a friend and I arrived in Agrigento by bike. They let us keep the bikes in their garage, and our room was bright and spacious with comfortable beds. Eleonora showed us how to get to the Valley of the Temples, just a few steps away, and into the centre. Agrigento is wonderful! Before we left, I asked if I could have a couple of hard-boiled eggs for breakfast, and there they were on the table in the morning. Those little things make a difference. I really appreciate a warm welcome, and we got one here. I recommend this lovely family and will definitely stay with them again on my next visit to Agrigento. Aloha.

At night, cars and motorcycles on the Akragas overpass, practically outside the window, were noisy. The B&B is in an area that seemed unattractive to us, though street parking was available. We stayed in a room in a shared house, with a private bathroom squeezed into a walk-in closet and no window or vent. Breakfast was decent: the croissants were quite hard on the first day, while the muffins on the second were a little better. The elevator is very small and outdated.

The owner was fantastic, very kind, and an excellent tour guide. The new rooms were spotless, with very comfortable beds and perfect bathrooms. Guests can also use a large refrigerator and a coffee machine stocked with excellent pods. Highly recommended.

The owner was very helpful with both sightseeing and food suggestions. The accommodation itself is clean, modern, attractive, and practical. If you're unfamiliar with how Sicilian towns are laid out, don't let that put you off. Go and see for yourself.
