Casa Sciuscetta

We spent nearly all of January here, and my husband and I really enjoyed it. The house feels secluded, yet the city is close by, and the beach is just a five-minute walk down the hill. The views are breathtaking, and the beach itself is the best in Agropoli, really clean. It can get chilly in January, but there’s air conditioning in the house that you can run most of the time. The owner is a lovely person. I create content, and the quiet here inspired me to make videos and music. A really nice place for a retreat.

This is a good base for the Agripoli region, and the views are great. The place is about the size of a hotel room, so you’ll need to spend time outside, which is fine. It’s small and pretty spartan, best suited to a single person or a couple. The water pressure is low, and the hot water is only warm.

Antonio was wonderful and always ready to help with whatever his guests needed. We stayed at the Sciuscetta vacation home for a weekend in Agropoli, surrounded by nature on a hill with lovely sea views and three different fairytale landscapes. The location also works well for getting around by car or train, including trips to cities like Naples. We had such a good time and can’t wait to come back.

We spent relaxing evenings in the beautiful garden, with the sea in the background. Below is the Bay of Trentova, which has received the Meraviglia di Italia seal of approval. The house is only a couple of kilometers from the center. It’s small but functional, and clean. The owner was kind and helpful. Highly recommended!
