We had such a lovely stay and plan to come back for longer. Even though I was there for just one night in September 2025, I’d happily repeat the experience. The area was calm and quiet, with the sea and all the amenities nearby. The owner and his assistant were both extremely kind and helpful, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The apartment itself was beautiful and spacious, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a well-equipped kitchen. There was a new sofa bed, air conditioning in every room, and two large, lovely terraces set up for relaxing and taking in the sea view.

I’ve been coming back for years and have stayed in rooms 6, 3, and 9. The rooms are lovely, and the place is clean and quiet. Gabi, Beppe, Veronica, the beach team, and the cleaning staff are all friendly and capable. A good choice for families or young couples.

Residence La Conchiglia has become a home away from home for us. It’s our third year on this fairytale island, and we felt completely at ease with our choice again. Salvatore Graziella and her children take such good care of us and do all they can to make the holiday enjoyable. Everything was perfect. Thanks, and see you next year!

We were really looked after here, and the holiday felt so relaxing. The apartments are very nice, if fairly average, and they’re cleaned spotless every day. Staff are very friendly, and parking is included. It’s on Via Sant'Erasmo beside the main Via Aurelia, and less than five minutes from the sea. We’ll be back, and I recommend it. Well done 🤩 👏
