Residence Panama

We didn't feel welcome and will choose somewhere else next time. The owner was distant and gave us no explanation about the room. The keys she gave us were faulty, so that night we put the sofa in front of the door for safety and took our money with us every night. The room wasn't clean enough either. As soon as we walked on the floor, it was clear it hadn't been cleaned properly, and the cleaning lady was rude and unhelpful. The owner accused us of being rude for checking out late, though she had given us no instructions. She also opened the room without warning and showed no courtesy.

Mrs. Nuccia quickly helped us sort out a beach for our first relaxing day, and arranged the next days too. We had no luck finding one after we arrived, so we went to reception after lunch and explained the problem. Thank you for being so kind and cooperative. Our studio apartment was clean, private, and welcoming, with all the comforts we needed. It was 20 square meters, and Mrs. Elena greeted us warmly and showed us in. It was our first visit, booked through Booking.com, and our early check-in request two days beforehand was no problem. The location in the historic center is lovely, only 20 meters from the sea. The property also has a very renowned restaurant. It was a special three days, and we felt at home. Excellent value for money, highly recommended. We'll definitely be back. Hugs to all the staff, Roberta and Giancarlo.

There was hardly any waiting, and the whole staff was friendly, organized, and attentive to customers. Quality and courtesy really stand out here. Simply fantastic, we'll definitely come back!

Nuccia, the owner, is very kind, and the location is excellent, right in the old town and just steps from the sea. I've stayed here often. The apartments are spacious and beautiful, and each has a kitchen. Highly recommended!
