The owners were lovely, and the lady even offered beach service at Bagni Minerva, kindly booking it for us after asking if we wanted to go. My partner and I had a wonderful stay in a comfortable apartment close to everything we needed. We also brought our cat with no problems.

That 25-square-meter terrace is fantastic, and the room worked well for a few days away. It had a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and was a four-minute walk from the sea. I booked this for my parents and Mrs. Gabriella was extremely kind and helpful. She used her private number, even on Sundays and outside office hours, to explain the available room options and rates. I had found a price on Booking.com, and they gave an even better discount so I didn't need to book through their website. Thanks again, Gabriella. I recommend this place!

The location near the sea was one of the few good points. For €200 for two days, the discount was only €20. The room was really hot, the neighbors were noisy, and the window faced a street with constant traffic. We cleaned the chairs and found they were black. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and missing a slat at the foot. The stovetop had crooked doors. When we reached Alassio at 11:00 a.m., the room was still being cleaned. Then, when we left, they called to say the next guests were already there and the room needed cleaning. There were pots and pans available, but we didn't use them because we're fussy eaters. I don't think I'll return.

I won't stay here again. The room was small, with dirty walls and windows that wouldn't close, and it felt like a dormitory for retired people. The street outside was very noisy. To reach the balcony, you had to leave the room and go out through the main door. Our room was never cleaned, apparently because we slept in the morning. The sheets were changed after seven days, and the towels after three.
