We had a lovely week, thanks! There were three of us, me and my two kids, and the staff were really friendly and courteous. The place was spotless, with comfortable beds, a huge fridge, an iron and ironing board, and paid parking. Hot water was piping hot, and the shower was very large with a shower column. No air conditioning, which is the one downside, but the apartment was airy and had a ceiling fan and TV. Highly recommended. I'll come back!

No crowds, a lovely holiday, and the price is affordable for everyone. The welcome was very kind too. I'd definitely return.

The room had two beds for the three of us, and the fan wasn't enough, so we ended up sleeping in the heat. There wasn't even a fan in the kitchen, and in 2023 you'd expect air conditioning in a place that's been modernized so much. The kitchen was cramped for cooking and had only a few pieces of cutlery and glasses. The refrigerator leaked and didn't work properly. We had to open the door next to it to make it do anything. I stayed with my parents for around ten days, but the apartment we got just wasn't suitable for a family of three. I wouldn't recommend Zurich Residence.

We had a lovely stay this summer, me, my partner, and our daughter. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, and the lady at reception was so kind. I'd recommend it.
