B&B Linae - Residence

The sandy beach is just a two-minute walk away, and there’s a small supermarket and bakery close by. We had a lovely stay in the clean, spacious one-bedroom apartment. It isn’t modern, with plenty of 70s charm, but everything works and is clean. Vasco was quick to respond and helpful with everything we needed. The beach service and parking space were great extras.

Vasco was really kind and helpful, and we had a lovely stay. The apartment was spacious, clean, and near the beach in Alba Adriatica, with access to a private beach and two sun loungers. Wi-Fi was good, and the kitchen was well equipped, though it didn’t have a dishwasher. We even picked some aromatic herbs from his garden. Thanks so much!

The B&B is peaceful and quiet, even though everything you might need is within walking distance: bars, pastry shops, restaurants, takeaway places, supermarkets, pharmacies and more. It’s very close to the sea and the pine grove, which gives you a bit of shade in extreme heat. There’s a bike path where you can ride toward Tronto one way and Roseto the other. The little garden is fantastic and so well looked after. This place has all the things we look for in a seaside stay: clean rooms and attention to the surroundings, air conditioning that cools the room in about a minute, a good location, bikes to use, an umbrella and chairs, parking, and excellent breakfast you can customize. At Vasco's b&b Linae, everything was in great order and very clean. The people make the difference, with their warmth and willingness to help guests. We also appreciated how flexible they were. For example, we could use the bikes and umbrella right up to the last minute. Such lovely people. Thanks again!
