Residence Costa

We left feeling like we’d left our hearts here. Barbara at reception was professional, knowledgeable and delightful, always ready to answer questions discreetly. Mr. Rivo, Mrs. Marina and their family shared so much local history with us, and we’re very grateful to them and all the staff. The apartment and garden were clean and comfortable, and the beach, parking and location were all excellent. We stayed at the Costa Residence in June 2025. Next year we’ll be able to say we feel right at home. Thanks again, everyone.

The huge terrace was a highlight, with comfortable sofas, loungers and a big table for meals. There was also a useful storage room, and the laundry area outside the apartment on the terrace worked really well. We appreciated the twice-weekly changes of bed, bath and kitchen linens. The Deluxe Four-Room Apartment was very spacious and comfortable for six, with a well-equipped kitchen, lots of closets and four televisions. We were welcomed warmly and the staff were always accommodating. The residence faces the sea, public pine grove and bike path, and it’s central for the supermarket, bakery, pharmacies, restaurants and pizzerias. There’s garage parking for both cars and bicycles. We’ll definitely be back.

The sea view from the balcony in room 303 was lovely, as you can see in the attached photo. The affiliated Lido 'Marechiaro' is only a short walk away, though I didn’t find it quite as good as Residence Costa. We stayed in the last week of August and found a clean, spacious apartment with all the comforts a family needs. Since it’s family-run, the staff really know their stuff and are ready to give advice or sort out any issues. Thanks to everyone for making the holiday relaxing. Recommended.

So helpful with every request, even lending us a supermarket trolley for the groceries. Everything you need for a relaxing stay, with a gorgeous sea that shifts from green to blue. The residence is exceptionally clean and friendly, and the location is really convenient, about 100 meters from the sea, with a supermarket, bakery and deli nearby.
