Residence Riviera

What stood out most was how kind and attentive the owners were. They were friendly from our first phone call, ready to help with anything, and kept making us feel at ease throughout the stay. We stayed three nights in a two-room apartment with our two children, and the place was welcoming, well organized, and very clean, which matters a lot to us as a family. The location is convenient and made getting around easy. We had a genuinely positive stay and would gladly come back. Highly recommend it if you want a comfortable, clean place run by people who really care about hospitality. Thank you, and see you next time ❤️

The owners and their family make you feel like one of their own. That’s why we feel so comfortable here and have been returning for years. It’s top-notch, top-notch, top-notch: spotless, in a great location, and very well equipped. The owners are amazing. Simply fantastic.

In August 2025 we stayed at Riviera residence for the first time, having never been there before. A few months earlier we’d spoken with the owners by phone, and their kindness, friendliness, and willingness to help made an impression even then. Meeting them at reception confirmed it, and they were just as welcoming throughout our stay. The apartment was ready for us after a very pleasant meeting with the owners. As soon as we walked in, the spotless cleanliness and strong fresh-clean scent made us feel at home. For once, we didn’t have to spend time cleaning as we usually do at other places, so our holiday could start straight away. The accommodation had all the comforts we needed and more. We’re completely happy we chose Riviera residence among the many places in the area. It’s the best for us for several reasons, including its location near the sea, shops, and restaurants. The owners put so much love and professionalism into their work. Both of them are simple, friendly, cheerful people who make their guests’ stays wonderful. We’re delighted to have met you and had such a lovely holiday. Thank you, and we wish you all the best. You’re truly unique, humble, and loving people. THANK YOU again. GOODBYE from the Prudente family. Highly recommend this property, the best in all of Alba Adriatica 👍

The kitchen was spotless when we arrived, with the plates, dishes, and cutlery we needed for cooking and eating, all clean and sealed in bags. The rooms were carefully maintained, clean, and had all the comforts needed to feel at home. Every area was bright and tidy. We spent two weeks at Residence Riviera in Alba Adriatica and came away with only positive things to say. The location is ideal, just steps from the sea and close to the main amenities, so you don’t have to travel far. It works for relaxing or taking a stroll through the center of Alba Adriatica. Roberta and her husband Maurizio, the owners, welcomed us warmly and professionally. They were friendly, helpful, and always ready to meet our needs with a smile. Their hospitality makes the stay especially pleasant and relaxing. We recommend Residence Riviera for comfort, courtesy, and peace and quiet. A place we’d happily return to, with a smile! Alberto, Mirella, Luigi, and Monica.
