The views are breathtaking, the location is great, and the staff are exceptional. It's a shame it's a little far from the center, so you'll need a shuttle or taxi. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Peace, beauty, courtesy, discretion, and cleanliness. Our family holiday was just the right mix of relaxation and happiness. Where you stay really makes a difference. A huge THANK YOU from all of us to Mr. Luciano and the dearest Mrs. Franca, whose kindness is genuine, generous, and never showy.

Mr. Luciano and Mrs. Franca made the place feel warm and homely with their kindness and helpfulness. We also loved Mr. Luciano's nearby delicatessen and fried food shop, with its delicious flavors and great convenience. The property was clean, new, quiet, and peaceful, with a balcony of good size just a few meters from the sea. We appreciated the Wi-Fi and air conditioning, the herb corner, bikes, ping-pong table, and parking in the covered garage. We'll definitely return.

The terrace was a lovely surprise, along with the apartment and how clean it was. I stayed here with my husband and little daughter, and we felt very welcome from the start. Mrs. Franca and Mr. Luciano greeted us and were fantastic, so helpful, and gave us the keys. There's also Mr. Luciano's rotisserie and fry shop under the entrance, with fresh fish and an excellent quality to price ratio. On August 15th, Mr. Luciano and Mrs. Franca even left a gift outside our door for all the guests. Highly recommended!
