Casa Agnese

Alberto made us feel like family during our three nights at Casa Agnese. The house is lovely and sits in Alba's historic center, and he was always ready to help make things easy and enjoyable. My husband and I had a fantastic stay. Don't miss the chance to stay here.

Alberto kept in touch before we arrived and went out of his way to make check-in and the whole visit feel special. Daniella and Alberto clearly put a lot of care into hosting. The rooms were clean, nicely decorated, and thoughtfully equipped, with really comfortable beds, and breakfast was delicious and homemade. It's also very convenient for the train station and a great spot for exploring Alba and the wine country around it. We'll come back and have already recommended Casa Agnese to friends and family. Alberto was so welcoming and helped us with dinner bookings and other ideas. He made the stay feel special, and we're already thinking about coming back to Casa Agnese. The apartment had everything we wanted: plenty of space, a comfortable bed, and it was clean and well stocked. We also loved how close it was to the town center, about a five-minute walk, with restaurants and just about everything else we wanted to do in Alba nearby. Thanks for everything, Alberto!

Alberto's enthusiasm for Alba and the region came through even before we arrived. He was already helping with restaurant ideas, countryside truffle hunting, and wine tastings at small local vineyards, and both he and his wife were incredibly kind. We were three couples and all felt this was a wonderfully welcoming B&B in a hard-to-beat spot. It's quiet right around Casa Agnese, even though the main street, truffle fair, and many excellent restaurants are only about a three-minute walk away. The place was spotless, with large, comfortable beds that suited my tall husband and me. Bathrooms had plenty of useful things, including hair dryers, straighteners, quality towels, soap, and shampoo. Breakfast had lots to choose from, especially the homemade bread and apple tarts.
