Villa La Favorita BB

We came with a big group of friends and had such a good time. There was plenty of parking for several cars, and the place is only five minutes from the centre. The rooms were lovely and the service was great. We'd definitely recommend it and hope to return.

Breakfast was spectacular, especially the truffle eggs, and our rooms were spacious, clean, and well looked after. There was plenty of parking for us and the other guests. We had one small problem with the heat one night, but Fabrizio sorted it out within minutes. From the minute we arrived, Fabrizio and the whole team made us feel welcome. He even wrote down dinner suggestions for us and offered to make reservations. Whenever he was heading into town or to a nearby place, he was happy to drop us where we needed to go. Thanks to Fabrizio and his family for such a welcoming stay. We hope to come back soon.

We loved the garden and the friendly cat, and breakfast out on the terrace was just right. The house sits on the edge of town, about a 15-20 minute walk in. I got up early to take photos in the nearby vineyards, which is very doable when it's not too hot. The scenery is lovely. My wife and I stayed a few nights at the beginning of June. We're a retired Irish/Italian couple, and we both agreed it was our favourite place. Fabrizio was such a nice guy and couldn't do enough for us. The rest of the staff were really friendly too. We spent our mornings over the multi-course breakfast, then went wine tasting and explored the area in the afternoons. In the evenings, it was a short walk into town for dinner. The villa is quiet, but Alba is still within walking distance, just right for morning cappuccinos and an afternoon aperitivo. Fabrizio and the rest of the staff are so kind. On a really hot day, we asked him to help book access to a local pool. He let us use one at another property a few minutes away on foot, free of charge, and lent us towels. I can't recommend this place enough.
