The kitchen has no microwave, and the “free” internet is only 1gb, with a limit of one connected device. For bottled water, there’s a lousy vending machine that takes coins only, and there’s no change machine nearby.

The penthouse was lovely, bright, roomy, comfortable, and very clean. I shared it with friends for a month. Mrs. Elena and Mrs. Serena were kind and available whenever we needed them. I’d recommend it, especially since it’s hard to find apartments this clean and comfortable with fast internet.

The mini-apartments are very small, around 20 square metres for the studios, but they’re practical and have everything, including a kitchenette, fridge, and washing machine. The property is a converted factory, very clean and fresh-smelling, with its own parking. It’s a little out of the way, but useful if you commute to Rome for work. Pavona station is so close that you can leave the car behind, which saves time, effort, and stress.

I spent four months at Smart Home for work and had a really good stay. The studio was laid out well and had the comforts I needed, including a TV, WiFi, and kitchen. The extra cleaning and weekly linen change were excellent. Pavona station is about a five-minute walk away, handy for getting to the airport.
