The staff were friendly and the rooms were cleaned often, and the view was breathtaking. But the rooms need renovation: the TV didn't work and the refrigerator was too small. Breakfast could use at least two or three different options too.

The staff were very nice, though perhaps they could tell how we felt about the stay. The rooms were just average, and there were holes in the towels and bedsheets. There aren't any facilities around this hotel, it's in the middle of nowhere, and public transport connections are poor. We had to take a taxi each way, at 70 euros per trip. With that extra cost, staying in Como would make more sense. I gave feedback to our travel agent in Australia. Don't book here unless you're driving.

We stayed for two days, enjoying the well-kept rooms, hygienic food, and friendly staff. The hotel is near Lake Como, with some very good hiking spots and a serene landscape all around. There are plenty of things to explore nearby, including some lovely hidden gems. You can also ask for food to suit your taste.

The room was really clean and the hotel was nice. Breakfast was lovely, though it was the same food every day. Our room got very warm, and in winter the air conditioning can't be turned on. I couldn't see any heating system, so I'm not sure why it was so hot. We opened the window sometimes, but the busy road beside the hotel was too loud to leave it open overnight. It was a nice stay, though being able to control the room temperature would've made it better.
