The layout is spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the breakfast supplies are all provided. It's well maintained and seems clean, with a lovely unique decor and a wonderful jacuzzi. We got a warm welcome, and the views from this beautiful spot are spectacular. Such a great value for a stopover.

The grounds are a real highlight, with big, well-kept gardens, plenty of room, hammocks, ping pong, and places to relax. Inside, the furnishings feel a little dated, but the property was very clean and had everything we needed. The owner was friendly and helpful throughout. Breakfast could perhaps be a bit more substantial, as others have said. The homemade cake was nice, but aside from that there were only packaged items. I'd recommend the place.

Not recommended. Check-in was awkward and took place somewhere else. Breakfast was poor, or wasn't delivered at all: there were two snacks, crackers, and a cake left the day before check-in, plus open water bottles. The apartment and rooms were dusty and cold, and the value for money was nowhere near acceptable. Parking was unattended.

We were welcomed even though it was a bit late, and the staff were helpful and kind. It's a period villa turned into a B&B, about a 20-minute drive from Como. The room had twin beds and clean sheets. Breakfast was a good, basic continental spread with prepared pastries, coffee, and fruit juice. There's unattended street parking, and the house felt a little chilly.
