We booked a week at Trulli Fenice through booking . com. After the property changed its name, they cancelled our reservation. That alone wouldn’t have caused a problem, but when they offered to book us again under the new hotel name, with the same room, dates, and guests, the price was nearly three times higher. I wouldn’t trust these owners to keep a booking.

The house is old and very pleasant to stay in, and the hosts were kind and courteous. They were generous with their hospitality. It’s a magical spot in a beautiful town.

Loved the terrace and the view from the house. It was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed.
