Valerio and the woman who greeted us were so kind, and we had a lovely stay. The trullo felt new, was looked after beautifully, and had all the comforts we needed. It’s right in the city center, a short walk from Trullo Sovrano and the busy visitor area. Great value, too.

Valerio was incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the trullo was spotless and nicely furnished. We spent one night there in August and would absolutely recommend it for a memorable stay. We also ate lunch at the “little restaurant” Valerio runs a few meters away. The platter of local cured meats and cheeses was generous and excellent, and the focaccia from Bari was delicious.

The owners were warm and welcoming at their grocery store, where we had dinner on delicious cured meats and other treats. Our trullo was quiet and cool, with everything we needed for a comfortable night. A fridge stocked with water, juice, and breakfast supplies made for a hearty morning meal. It’s also just a few steps from the center.

That coffee, the tasty cannoli, and the snacks from the lovely woman were such a treat. I’d happily recommend this place.

We had a wonderful night in the trullo. Valerio was a thoughtful, fantastic host, and dinner at his wine bar was exceptional. Thanks, Valerio. We’ll be back, and I definitely recommend staying here.
