Getting to see the hotel and its wine cellar was a special part of the day. The cooking class itself lasted about four hours, with everything made fresh and plenty of delicious food to enjoy. Every detail had been thought through, from the warm welcome with Prosecco and wine to the gift bag and aprons we could keep. She walked us through each step and made the whole thing fun and authentic. We had an unforgettable time, and are grateful to the whole team. We'd happily recommend the class!

Four hours of great food and wine for the price felt like fantastic value. The vineyard wine pairings were spot on, and giacomo and the talented chefs made last night's cooking class fabulous.

The food was perfecto, just fantastic, and the class was hands-on in every way. In a gorgeous setting, Giovanna and all the staff were humble, generous, and accommodating. If you're in the area, it's a fabulous experience not to miss. BRAVO!

The small estate is beautiful, and the class felt intimate, with just 2-6 people. I can imagine coming back on my next trip to Sicily. I know they also offer vineyard picnics and wine tastings, and specialize in spa stays, events, and weddings. The cooking class was the highlight of my Sicily trip, and well worth the drive and every penny. Even if cooking isn't your thing, I'd recommend it to any visitor. Guido, our guide and translator, taught us so much about the area and its history. Giovanna demonstrated the pasta and Sicilian dishes, then let us make them ourselves. There was lots of laughter, and the estate wine and fabulous dishes rounded things out. Liubia (sp?) was there to help, and everyone was so kind. I don't know whether Giovanna is a Nonna, but it felt like being in our Italian relatives' kitchen.
