Hotel Centrale Spa & Relax

What keeps bringing us back to Hotel Centrale is the warm, friendly welcome from the staff. Their hospitality is the best we’ve found in its class. The hotel is right in Alcamo’s city center, with spectacular beaches and nearby towns just minutes away. The rooms are comfortable, housekeeping is dedicated, and the location is hard to beat. We feel lucky to stay at this lovely hotel again and again.

Hotel Centrale sits in the historic center, so the sights are all easy to reach on foot. I’ll gladly stay there again next time I’m in Alcamo and recommend it to other travelers. We enjoyed the restaurant’s lunch and dinner, including Bianco Alcamo wine, and the included breakfast was generous and delicious. The rooms were comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. Valeria was especially helpful and quick to respond, and the rest of the staff were excellent. There’s also a handy shuttle between the hotel and Palermo airport.

The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the staff are genuinely kind. They even treated us to a glass of wine with dinner. The meal was delicious and very good value for the quality. A great stay, and a must if you’re visiting Sicily.

We only stayed one night, first in room 103, then moved to brighter room 102 with a balcony after asking. The staff sorted it out quickly and without fuss. The rooms are roomy, with enough storage, and the bathrooms have the basics, including a hair dryer and plenty of hot water. Staff were very friendly, though their English was limited. Breakfast had lots of food but not much choice, and wasn’t amazing. A nice place, with good restaurants within walking distance.
