We spent seven days with Elios in May and June 2025 and felt very comfortable. The location is fantastic, right on the beach, and there were sun umbrellas, deck chairs, and loungers for us to use. The views of both sunrise and sunset were superb. Elios was always reachable and helpful. There's a lovely sea-view garden where you can barbecue, and if you like cats, you can feed the shy but very sweet ones there. We'd love to return.

Mr. Elio welcomed us warmly and was very kind, friendly, and helpful. The house had everything we needed. We spent some wonderful evenings grilling meat and fish in the little garden, and the sea was only about 20 meters away. A lovely experience.

We stayed at Elio's place in mid-July and had a wonderful time. The owner was friendly and always available, and the house was beautiful and peaceful, just steps from the sea in Alcamo Marina. We had the attic, which I was delighted with: the view was lovely and the evening breeze was fantastic. The only small drawback was carrying luggage up the spiral staircase, but it was manageable. I hope to return. Thank you, Elio.

We had such a lovely three weeks here. The place was cool and comfortable, with all the comforts we needed and the beach in Alcamo Marina just a few steps away. The owner made sure we had everything, and even welcomed our furry friends without any fuss. So helpful while still giving us our space. We’ll definitely come back ❤️

We had a wonderful stay again, this was our third year in a row at the Eucalipto apartment on the building’s first floor. It worked really well for five adults, a child, and our small dog. There’s a large private garden with outdoor showers and a barbecue, plus two big terraces, one looking out over the sea just a few meters away. Inside, the apartment is beautiful, spacious, and has every comfort. Mr. Elio is genuinely kind and helpful. We’ll be back!
