The beach below the house is truly lovely, with fine, clear sand and clean water, and it never feels crowded. Even on August 15, we got a spot right at the front. It’s only a two-minute walk, if that. Francesca was very kind, quick to respond, and always available when we needed advice or anything else. The house was impeccably clean, with a beautiful garden, barbecue and laundry areas, and plenty of tables and chairs. The outdoor shower was so handy, almost like an extra room. There’s lots of space, including a huge living room, cozy bedrooms, and comfortable beds. Eight people could easily stay together for days. The porch felt magical and was a comfortable place to spend time at any hour. The house stays cool, too. Downstairs we only needed the air conditioning a couple of times, even though it was 44 degrees outside. Upstairs was a little warmer, but much cooler than you’d expect in an attic. The location so close to the beach is another big plus. I’d recommend this house to anyone. Thanks for everything!

We spent our holiday here and celebrated our daughter’s wedding in this wonderful house. It was a lovely experience. The house was clean and well cared for, and the beautiful garden was where we took pre-wedding photos. I can’t wait to see them. The sea is just a hundred meters away, which was so convenient. I didn’t get to meet the hostess in person, but she was always available to answer our questions. I highly recommend this place, especially for a special occasion like ours!
