Angelo looked after us so well that dinner felt personal and memorable. He was friendly, kind, and attentive, making sure we had what we needed. The restaurant inside our hotel in Sicily had a warm welcome from the moment we arrived. The seafood was cooked perfectly, the local ingredients were fresh, and the wine suggestions were excellent. Every dish was nicely presented and full of Sicilian flavor. A lovely evening with great food and outstanding service. We'll be back, and if you go, ask for Angelo.

Angelo was a great server, chatting with us and treating us really well. We tried traditional Sicilian dishes with a modern twist, along with some excellent pasta and wine.

MILLE GRAZIE carrissimi to Angelo, Emmanuelle, and Giuseppe. They looked after me and my wife at breakfast as well as dinner. The food was delicious, the wine pours generous, and the service attentive. They're what make this hotel.

This was my second visit, and I'll definitely come back. My favorite was the pork cheek with carbocrema, and I'd also recommend the capellacci stuffed with beef stew and the different meat and fish tartares. The dishes are carefully made, delicious, and refined, with both meat and fish choices. You can always ask for recommendations. Such a lovely discovery.
