We stopped for lunch after the annual Pita Festival, so we didn’t stay in the rooms. I gave that category five stars only because the system wouldn’t let me remove it and I didn’t want to lower the rating. The cooperative’s ladies were welcoming, and the restaurant itself was clean and set in a wonderfully scenic spot. The lasagna was SUPER, and the ribs were excellent too. But the onions and egg were my favorite, such a treat, and I’d never tasted anything like them elsewhere. We paid next to nothing for all that food. I recommend it.

I booked a room and arrived expecting a stay, but found even more than I’d hoped for. The people here are wonderful, and the place feels restorative and welcoming for families. There’s real kindness and professionalism in every detail, and the food is sure to delight. I highly recommend staying here.

The views and scenery here are breathtaking, and the setting feels like a classic mountain hut. Giovanni and the owners were so friendly and helpful that we felt right at home. It’s a memorable place for families or couples, with a real sense of MAGIC in the atmosphere, the food, and the nature around it. If you’re nearby, stop in, or come here to get away from the daily grind. The long walk through the woods is a thrill, and so is the delicious traditional mountain cuisine.

We came for the Pita Festival and stayed at the property. The rooms were clean, and the bathrooms and showers had everything needed for personal hygiene. We slept in complete silence, enjoyed traditional Calabrian food, and had a hearty breakfast. The property sits at the top of the village, with a view of Mount Sparviere. Congratulations to Angela.
