We were just steps from the turquoise sea, staying somewhere simple and beautiful that still had everything we needed to be comfortable. At Agrimat, there was plenty of room, natural products, delicious dinners, a cheerful, carefree feel, and so much Apulian warmth. Signora Antonia’s light, tasty dishes kept us at the table longer than planned, while Mr. Cosimo was kindly helpful and Lorenzo was so friendly. We’d gladly come back.

Whenever I can, I return to Agrimat. There’s a lively, natural harmony there that’s priceless, and Antonia’s loving, healthy cooking, along with Cosimo’s attentive and kind service, makes it hard to leave. It feels like a place where your heart, soul, and body can rest and feel cared for. See you soon 🫶🏽

At the communal dinner table, we’ve had such lovely encounters while enjoying generous, flavorful, healthy Puglian food made with the property’s finest produce. Antonietta has been a source of kindness for the 11 years we’ve known her, and she’s put so much into creating this welcoming haven and making guests happy. The setting is lush and simple, but very well cared for, and far from the crowds. It’s a restorative place to slow down and reconnect with yourself. This was our fourth visit, and we’ve loved it every time. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

We found the peaceful countryside setting and pool near Gallipoli that we were looking for. The owners, Antonina and Cosimo, gave us a warm welcome, and the food was organic and handmade. Highly recommended!
