We celebrated a graduation over lunch today. The person being celebrated had reserved the dining room for everyone, and while we didn’t stay overnight, the meal was divine. The food was excellent local cuisine, which I can say as someone originally from Salento, and the servings were generous too. The appetizers were divine, and the braised meat was excellent. Sonia also showed us around the property. It’s stunning.

The property is beautiful, but getting there is difficult. The dirt road is impassable, and there’s no parking, which is a pretty serious drawback.
