A clean room with everything prepared down to the last detail, and a kind, humble host. I’d recommend this place if you want to stay near the airport and have some peace and quiet. Support local businesses!

The airport is about two minutes away by car, and the property sits where the runway ends. The room is spacious and had what I needed for my stay, including a beach umbrella.

Getting there from the airport and using public transport were the main drawbacks. Otherwise, the stay was really nice: the house and everything in it were clean, the host was kind and friendly, and breakfast was provided. She also offered to take us to the airport if we needed it.

For the price, the cottage was reasonably near the airport, and walking there was possible. It was cozy and generally well maintained, with screened windows and magnetic mesh at the entrance. Breakfast supplies were left for us, along with a mini toaster or oven, coffee maker, shower, air conditioning and good internet. Planes could be heard now and then, but it didn’t bother us since they stopped after 11 PM.

A comfortable veranda, a refrigerator and a clean apartment made for a pleasant stay. The owner kindly left some packaged breakfast items, too. Being so close to the airport is handy if you have an early flight, though less ideal if you want to sleep in, since takeoffs and landings become more frequent.
