BB Asteroidea

We spent two nights here, and with no other guests around, the shared bathroom was effectively private, which was nice. The place has an old-fashioned feel, the sunset view is pretty good, the room was clean, and the air conditioning worked well. The towels were all musty smelling and very stiff. We were told we couldn’t use the kitchen because the host uses it with his family, which is understandable, but then there was no way for us to make tea or coffee. No drinking water was provided either. We were offered the top shelf in the fridge for our water, but after being told the kitchen was off limits, using the fridge felt unwelcoming. It’s a 15-20 minute walk to the old town, and we didn’t see any shops nearby. The neighborhood seems to be undergoing renovation, and we heard several different construction jobs in nearby buildings during our stay.

The manager was hospitable, kind, and ready to help. We were really pleased with our stay: the room and large shared bathroom were both very clean, and the B&B is just steps from the center. The value for money is excellent, and it’s definitely worth considering for a holiday in Alghero.

Fabrizio and his family were incredibly friendly and helped us with anything they could. Our room was spacious, lovely, and had everything we might need. The B&B is only a few minutes on foot from the historic center, along a beautiful seaside promenade. We had a wonderful stay, and if we come back to Alghero, we’ll definitely choose B&B Asteroidea again. Thank you so much!

For one night, this was a pleasant, simple stopover at a very good price. We were welcomed warmly and enjoyed the lovely view. The downside was an unpleasant air-freshener smell in the room and on the bedding. Cleanliness overall could be better.
