It's a bit of a walk, around 20 minutes, to the old town and beaches, but we enjoyed the route through Alghero's lovely streets from this residential area into the center. We had such a great evening watching the sunset along the old city walls with an Aperol spritz, then finding another lovely place to eat. Just heavenly. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed.

There are only a few TV channels, and the bathroom has no ventilation. The stove is the main problem: it seems to be wired wrong, since the oven needs the gas burners to keep sparking the whole time. Aside from that, it's a spacious, comfortable apartment with a large terrace facing east. The air conditioning can also heat the place when it's cold. Free parking is nearby, and finding a spot wasn't a problem.

Lovely and clean, just right for two. It's not quite in the center, but with a terrace like that, we didn't mind staying in during the evenings. The owner was so kind.
