The terrace view was the highlight and earns the three points. We stayed four nights in one of the landlord's two apartments. Both are on the third floor, and the last flight of stairs is steep and narrow, making a larger suitcase hard to carry up. Inside, the living room has a sofa, a small table, and two chairs, while the bedroom is only a little bigger than the bed. Everything was clean, though somewhat worn. Storage is limited: a small wardrobe with one shelf and nowhere else to put things. I can't recommend the place, and I don't understand the five-star reviews.

The host was really kind and quick to respond. From the apartment on the third floor, it's about a 15-minute walk along the coast to central Alghero. For a swim, you can head just down the street and lay your towel on the rocks. The terrace is beautiful, with amazing sea views and sunsets.

The apartment is clean, roomy, and well equipped. It's on the third floor, a little beyond the city center, with a lovely view over the sea. In the evening, the view turns into a beautiful sunset over the water and city. Highly recommended.
