La Casa Poderale

Sebastiano is always around when you need him and very friendly. The breakfast was good, and the cleaning was thorough. You can rent a bike for a reasonable price, or catch the bus to Alghero right outside the B&B. There’s an outdoor kitchen with everything you need to cook. The sea is nearby, with both sandy and rocky spots, and a supermarket a few kilometers away. Good value for money.

Casa Poderale was just right for a night of relaxing or exploring the area at our own pace. Our room was quiet and comfortable, and there’s a lovely beach about a 15-minute walk from the house. Sebastiano was a very welcoming, friendly host. We were delighted with our stay and highly recommend Casa Poderale if you’re looking for authenticity. Thanks again, Sebastiano!

I felt right at home here, though someone very fussy might find plenty to complain about. There’s a lot on offer: green space, helpful staff, and a balanced, plentiful breakfast. There are also plenty of animals you can bring along if you love animals. The garden has lights, two loungers, a swing, clotheslines, and tables for six and four. Under another canopy there’s a large table for about ten. The outdoor kitchen has a canopy too, though in the rain it’s apparently a miracle if it does the job. The grocery store is 3 km away. Staff can also rent you bikes at a reasonable price, and the bus to Alghero stops right out front. Porto Ferro beach, which is free, is a few hundred meters away, with a fantastic coastal trail. I’d say it’s ideal.

A quiet spot for anyone who loves peace and quiet, just steps from Porto Ferro and Lake Baratz. Sebastiano was kind and attentive, and you can rent bikes. Highly recommended, even in September.
