Paola made our stay special. She was welcoming, always available, happy to help, and went out of her way with answers and recommendations so we could have the best possible experience. We spent 16 nights at Ma Crì and couldn't have been happier with our choice. The spacious apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing, comfortable stay. Nothing came to mind that was missing. Its location is excellent: about 5-7 minutes on foot from the old town, city center, main intercity bus station, city beach, restaurants, bars, and attractions, while still quiet enough to enjoy some peace. The bus stop for routes to some of the most beautiful beaches around Alghero is only about 30 meters away, which made exploring easy. A great place to experience the spirit of Sardinia and Alghero. 10/10, without exaggeration. We're already planning to return and would happily stay again. Highly recommend Ma Crì to anyone visiting Alghero!

The outdoor area stays open in the evening, which is a big plus. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, and gave us a guidebook full of tips for living like a true Algherese, from places to visit and beaches to things for children to do. The accommodation was comfortable and fully equipped. It's very central, too: a 10-minute walk to the historic center, and numerous beaches are easy to reach by car.

The courtyard with its sofas and swing is gorgeous, and there was plenty of space for two adults and a 7-year-old. It's about a 10-minute walk to the center, and free parking is easy to find nearby. Giving it five stars is the most I can do, and it deserves them.

We had a great stay, thanks in part to Cristina, who was very kind and helpful. When we arrived she gave us a city map and tips on local beaches, shopping, restaurants, and more. Our two-room apartment was roomy and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen area and even a washing machine. The bathroom had a shower, hairdryer, and towels. There was also a large bedroom with a TV and a nice terrace for hanging out clothes. Each apartment has its own sitting area in the shared courtyard. The place is on Alghero's main street, about 700 meters from the sea and 500 meters, maybe even less, from the historic center. I definitely recommend it!
