The room had been renovated and was generally clean, but the value for money was poor. We found better options in the city center for €80. Breakfast was just a pod machine in the room and packaged snacks with no expiration date, and a bottle of tea left in the fridge made us question the cleanliness. Check-in had to be arranged by phone with the owner, which restricted our arrival time. He did make himself available, so we only had to wait half an hour outside the building.

For 101 euros the next night, we found a 3-star hotel near the historic center, with a larger room, luggage storage, a reception, more flexible arrival and departure times, and breakfast on a terrace overlooking the sea. It was incomparable. This place was spotless and very clean, but far too expensive.
