I could hear the doors unlocking loudly from my room near the stairway because of the echo in the building. Apart from that, the room was very well insulated from outside noise. The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, and the location is great, right by the old town, port, restaurants, and little cafes. Check-in and checkout are all done with codes, so no keys to remember and no chance of getting locked out. Customer service over WhatsApp was fantastic, quick to reply, and sent all the room and location details plus lots of local suggestions. I'll definitely go back.

The only real downside was the corner of the bed frame. There wasn't much room to get around it, and I banged my shin painfully several times. The last time, as I was leaving, it broke the skin and really hurt. If anyone complained about noise, it was probably me yelling profanities after scraping my shin. Aside from that, the place was fantastic and I'd happily stay again. It's close to everything, and we took a cheap public bus from the airport, then walked a short way to the apartment. There are three access codes, which felt like a bit much, but we could come in whenever we wanted and felt secure. The staff were friendly and accommodating. WhatsApp replies in English were quick, though the onsite staff member spoke only Italian, so we managed with Google Translate. They took our bags before check-in and left them in the room for us.

We booked for August 11-22, 2025. The booking details said we could reserve now and pay later at the accommodation, and after entering my card details I got an email confirming the reservation. Then I was charged on a random date, 11-03-2025, without any warning or anything on the website saying that would happen. I didn't have the full amount on that card because I normally use another bank, and we thought payment was due on August 11, or at least that we'd get notice if it was due earlier. They cancelled our booking immediately. I called right away and asked why I had been charged, explaining that we could pay within 24 hours, but they cancelled without hesitation or any explanation. They told us to contact them on WhatsApp. I explained that I hadn't been told when payment was due and said I was disappointed. While I was still typing, they blocked me. They offered no help and showed no remorse. It felt unprofessional and uncompassionate, especially since we'd booked our whole trip. I strongly urge people to book elsewhere in case their reservation is cancelled too. We're extremely disappointed and still don't have accommodation for our upcoming trip.

The room was pretty and clean, but too small for two people, maybe fine for one. The hairdryer was the old hotel or swimming pool kind fixed to the wall, weak and awkward to move around. The internet didn't work at all, and I couldn't load even one picture. And the noise was INCREDIBLE: loud groups at the restaurant RIGHT BELOW the room were yelling well after midnight. So annoying.
