SnowLake Suite & Apartments

Paying the tourist tax through PayPal wasn't ideal. I hope they offer a better payment method in future, or include it in the total bill as some other hotels there do. The apartment itself was modern and clean, with magnificent views of the lake and mountains. There was a lift to the upper floors, and self check-in was straightforward when we followed the instructions in their app.

It's a lovely, very new and clean apartment, with a beautiful view over the lake. Getting to the ski slopes on foot is difficult, so you need to drive, and there's no skibus stop nearby. For skiers, though, there's a special ski room and a room for ski boots with a heater.

The beds were comfortable, and the apartment had a well equipped kitchen, a washer and a parking space. From the balcony, the lake view was lovely. You'll need a car because the walk up from the town center is quite steep. I do wish the windows had curtains.

Management was responsive and helpful, much appreciated. Our group had three apartments, so I could get a good sense of the standard. They were all modern and well equipped, with parking available. The cable car is within walking distance. The lake and Civetta views were wonderful. I took the attached morning pictures from apartment 5 with no filters, the view and colors really were that amazing!
