Sport Hotel Europa

The ski center was great, especially for families with kids, and the hotel kept us sorted with all day shuttle service to the slopes. We had a perfect family holiday, with an amazing lake view, a great location, good breakfast, restaurant and spa center. Excellent experience!

We stayed in late December and over New Year's Eve, and had a great time. Dinner was really delicious, breakfast was pretty good, and the staff were very helpful driving us to the slopes. The bartender was friendly too. There was a local shop nearby with lots of things, and we bought souvenirs there. I'd recommend this hotel for a ski trip to the Italian Alps. 🏂

The room was under the roof, with a very low ceiling across half of it, so the space felt cramped, especially in the bathroom. The bathtub was too small for an adult, and you couldn't stand in it to shower. The toilet ventilation was incredibly loud, and the toiletries were limited to basic shower gel and soap. The beds were uncomfortable and affected our sleep. Still, the building is charming and beautifully located, probably the best position in the village. The staff were welcoming, and breakfast had a good range of pastries, cold cuts, eggs and even lactose free milk. There's also a small spa with a sauna and jacuzzi that looked nice, though we didn't use it. A few things in the room need rethinking.

The night porter Daniel makes a lethal mojito and Bellini! Breakfast was the best I've had yet, and you can get a sports massage. There's a bike store and a spa with a great sauna, steam pod and hot tub. The place is clean, well located for town, and has lake views in Alleghe. I'd definitely stay again.
