There were a few things that worked well: the Wi-Fi was fast, there was plenty of hot water, and the grocery shop and cable car valley station were about a 10 minute walk away. Still, this felt like poor value for money. The apartment was listed for seven people but seemed suitable for four or five at most. The beds were very uncomfortable, and the bunk beds were okay for kids but not adults. There was no sound insulation, so we could hear other apartments and people talking right outside the window. The kitchen had very few useful utensils, just huge pots. The shower was so tiny you could barely turn around. There were fewer parking spaces than apartments, parking in winter required car chains, and there was nowhere for skis. Each apartment opens directly outdoors, so dirt gets tracked into the living room. The cleaning and linen fees were high.

The owner didn’t reply to my messages or questions, and my bed was broken. The beds were very, VERY uncomfortable, with a bunk bed that isn’t really suitable for adults. There wasn’t even a teapot in the kitchen. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The heating worked, there was hot water, and the cable car was a five-minute walk away. But the apartment listing and photos didn’t match what we found, and there wasn’t enough room for seven people, more like four or five at most. The sink pipes leaked, and the refrigerator was small, old, and didn’t work. The cleaning fee was €15 per person.

The staff were kind and helpful, and the location is beautiful. Still, the lack of parking and other inconveniences make it hard for me to give this a passing grade. I also thought the daily price was a bit high for the apartment’s size.

The apartment was welcoming and very clean, with two rooms. Families will appreciate the lovely garden, barbecue, and playground. It’s conveniently close to the ski lifts and mountain bike trail. Recommended for families.
