Saverio was very kind, and I highly recommend the place. It's only a short walk from the center. The B&B has two rooms, one downstairs and one upstairs, and guests can use the coffee corner in the basement. Everything was clean and very modern, and both the room and bathroom were really large.

We had a wonderful one-night stay. Our ground-floor room was modern, very clean, and thoughtfully furnished. The location is excellent, close to the city center but in a quiet, peaceful area. Saverio, the owner, welcomed us warmly and was on hand with advice and kindness. A very pleasant stay, recommended if you're looking for comfort and convenience near the heart of the city.

Saverio was a wonderful person. The room was very spacious, tastefully decorated, and had a huge bathroom with everything new. Its position at the edge of the historic center was great, and the asking price was more than fair.

Saverio met us at the entrance and shared lots of ideas for things to do and places to eat. He was genuinely kind and helpful. We were there for the patron saint's day celebration, which turned out to be a truly unique experience.

Mr. Saverio was calm, kind, and always ready to help. The room was lovely, tidy, and clean. It's very convenient for reaching Matera, Altamura, and Alberobello, and the value for money was excellent. Highly recommended.
