The welcome made a big difference. The receptionist was kind and helpful when we arrived, and the young woman handling the desk and breakfast was just as lovely. We forgot to ask her name, but she gave us useful advice. Our upstairs room was roomy and clean, and the price was good for such a central spot. Trattoria Toscana next door is well worth trying too. We loved our stay ❤️

We had a nice, clean room that stayed warm, and breakfast was especially good if you like desserts. The hotel is right in town and easy to reach from the station. There’s an in-house restaurant for lunch and dinner, though we didn’t eat there. Parking is the drawback: in a town this size, it’s just roadside spaces, so it’s first come, first served. We got lucky.

A lovely, relaxing place, and I’d definitely recommend it. Hotel Italia is close to town, with friendly staff, good coffee, and very tidy rooms overlooking the street. Everything felt as neat as at a five-star hotel, but the atmosphere was genuinely warm and family-like.

There are lots of restaurants nearby, and the hotel itself is peaceful and nicely placed in the city center. Just sort out parking before you head there. The approach is one way, so without a space you have to loop around. If the road farther on is blocked, or your car is too big, that detour can take 18 minutes!

There was no warm water and nowhere to park. Nobody spoke English, and although breakfast was listed on the reservation, none was provided. The room had no fridge either. The AC kept changing temperature on its own, between 18 and 23 degrees, and there was no remote to switch it off.
